Hi, I'm Maya and I've been a designer since I can remember; except back then I never knew it was called design.

I'm a work in progress and thus open to what ever the world throws my way. However in 2013, the world gave me an opportunity to be self-employed so I took it and learnt the business side of life.

 

As a Syrian growing up in the UAE, it's been interesting. It is home away from 'a' home. I'm a third culture kid and so I think that makes me more adaptable and open to cultures and ideas.

 

Going back to design, it's a love-hate relationship. I want to design it all, I want to collaborate with everyone and I want to travel and eat delicious food while doing so!
